- Tap Delete to confirm. If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple when asked.
By email
Can’t open the app? Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account.
[email protected]What is deleted
- Your account: your email address, name and profile.
- Your practice: sessions, answers, progress and skill map.
- Your Speech sessions and their recordings.
What is kept, and why
- Crash and performance logs, for up to 90 days.
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics, which do not identify you.
- A record that the account was deleted, naming it only by its account number, never by your name or email.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in your store’s subscription settings.
